Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.

• Ekfoods stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a Ekfoods services representative will contact you within 1-2 working days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed via whatapps.

• Ekfoods can ship products anywhere in Malaysia. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed.

• Ekfoods is not responsible for delayed delivery (MCO)due to shipping errors by shipping company.

• An email with tracking number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped.
